Real Estate Salesperson

DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Mankato, MN. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as prospecting and client acquisition, creating and presenting property proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Salesperson will have the ability to work remotely but must be available for in-person meetings and property viewings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Real Estate License and experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing

  • Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Extensive knowledge of Real Property, including zoning regulations and property values

  • Excellent Sales skills and ability to close deals and negotiate contracts

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Real Estate software is beneficial

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a part-time or full-time receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The Receptionist will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and professional first impression, ensuring that all calls and inquiries are handled with courtesy and efficiency. In addition, you will assist our team with administrative tasks, helping to maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

  • Provide general information to clients and visitors regarding the company's services and offerings.

  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

  • Coordinate appointments and manage the office calendar.

  • Order and maintain office supplies.

  • Collaborate with the team to support various administrative and clerical functions as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in understanding and speaking languages other than English such as: Spanish, Somali, Chinese, Sudanese, or Arabic.

  • Prior experience working in professional or real estate office settings.

  • Willingness to obtain a Minnesota real estate license.

Maintenance Tech

DESCRIPTION

  • Maintains, services, and conducts minor repairs on building and equipment.

  • Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in the area of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting.

  • Assists Property Management and other workers with their tasks.

  • Complies with established safety guidelines and procedures.

  • Works under the close direction of Property Management.

  • Parking Lot, Roadway and Sidewalk Maintenance: Cleans and repairs including patching potholes, repairing sidewalk cracks, painting lot stripes, arrows and other markings.

  • Landscaping: Such as mowing grass, pull weeds, watering plants, trim bushes and hedges, mulching, and planting as needed.

  • Snow & Ice Removal: Performs removal, reports, and participates in all snow removal efforts as directed.

  • Tenant Service: Responds to tenant concerns such as roof leaks, plumbing leaks, and electrical issues, fixing minor issues.

  • Janitorial Duties: Performs janitorial duties as needed and assigned, not limited to: cleaning windows, water fountains, bathrooms, interior walls, benches and planters, electrical and sprinkler rooms, vacant spaces, sweeps debris from roof as necessary to insure free flowing drainage on the roof.

  • Regular, predictable attendance and punctuality.

  • Ability to work in a stressful environment with customers and tenants.

  • Ability to work peacefully with co-workers.

  • Ability to complete work order allocations.

  • Performs other duties as required.

  • Physical strength and ability sufficient to perform routine or heavy manual tasks.

  • Ability to safely use standard maintenance equipment and hand tools.

  • Ability to learn repetitive tasks quickly.

  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

  • Ability to use ladders to reach high work areas, including building roof.

  • Ability to legally drive company owned vehicles with acceptable insurability.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED, trade school diploma preferred.

  • Required Years of Experience: 0-1 years related experience.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
